This place masquerades as a fine dining venue with its decor and expensive wines but is in reality a corporate establishment rather than a restaurant run with love and passion. There is an army of staff and if you order the set menu be prepared to have your food served at high speed and the quality was highly reminiscent of wedding food- corporate- with a conveyor belt feel to it. Perhaps the a la carte experience is different. A French restaurant with a medley of European staff not one English accent anywhere the night we visited). On New Year’s Eve I was waiting around for friends to tell me there plans for New Year Eve. I didn’t fancy staying indoors this year so when my friends text me to go out for a drink and watch the fireworks. I escaped and met up with M, walking around St. Paul’s we saw an endless queue to go to the Maidson to watch fireworks. Waiting around for J to arrive she missed the cut and we had to think of plan B.
With an ever evolving skyline, London is being offered numerous eateries up in the sky.The Shard is letting people eat and drink in the clouds. Sushi Samba, Duck Waffle, both located in the Heron Tower, give you fine dining and great experiences. Sky Garden at Fenchurch Street gives you great views and the greenery. All these different elements are literally raising London's food game.
umptuous, Quality and Fine. Three words that come to mind when looking back on my dining experience at Coq D’Argent in Bank. The restaurant is accessible through a private glass lift that swiftly delivers guests into the rooftop entrance and one of London’s most picturesque terrace gardens overlooking the City’s skyline.

Great finger food, service and great terrace for a warm night out with friends! One of us had a birthday and we even got complimentary sweets and a happy birthday by the waiters. The fries with truffle/dijon mayonnaise were amazing and the small croissant was warm and buttery!!
the personal was brilliant, eating magnificent, desserts to die, seeing photos! sa outdoors alfresco, the weather was perfect, a wonderful dinner experience with friends! super recommended! <====================================================================
Had a drink with a friend here and enjoyed the setting. A little pricey but overall not too bad for the vibe and views over the city. Close to bank which helped.
