Purchased AirPods on October 7, returned to the store on October 14 because one of the headphones did not work. Impossible to support by after-sales service because they do not manage Apple and obviously no reimbursement possible from Cora. After 3 hours of negotiation the director finally dares to come to meet us and hides under store procedure : no support for Apple and dares to advise buying another brand... Contempt for the customer... The customer is just there to pay.... in short A shame.
Je pense que ce magasin devrait vraiment remettre en question ses relations avec les clients. Les hôtesses ne disent pas bonjour ou au revoir, ils ne sourit jamais, se plaignent devant les clients, ils attaquent les clients quand ils ne vont pas au bon endroit parce qu'ils sont trop occupés à parler. C’est dommage de mettre un budget aussi important dans un hypermarché si la relation client ne suit pas.
Very nice store, wide aisles, modern furniture. A very wide choice. Top vegetable section. Everything is clean and tidy. Even the toilets are large and clean. The staff are engaging and pleasant. The only downside is the crates. Everything is done to head towards the automatic checkouts. So I must be old fashion, but I prefer a long wait to the lack of personality of an almost automaton.
What a poor organization at the checkouts...what a wait. .who is the thinking mind who came up with this..!! he should not do his shopping in a hypermarket but have it delivered to his home..sucks..Too bad because the store is good and spacious and has been for a very long time (Radar was already great) Réservez une table maintenant
The fruits are of excellent quality and taste. There are weeks when the promotions (for example on apples) are really interesting and never disappointing. In short, I buy my fruit there and I notice a clear difference (you can find tasty old varieties there) compared to other supermarkets.
