Today January 27, 24, I went to checkout 11 at 5 p.m. This is a priority checkout. Being 100% disabled and in an electric wheelchair, I was accompanied by my partner and my caregiver who left at 5:30 p.m. I asked to use my priority while the cashier looked on with disdain. I passed by 2 customers including a lady who said she had a card herself. I told your colleague that there was an order of priority given by the Social Action Code. The cashier said to me: “It’s just come out, it’s new! You’re sitting down, the other lady could fall!” My card has the words “disability” and “need for support” The contempt of your cashier is unacceptable and inhumane.
