When we entered it seemed like chaos, a lot of people, uncleaned tables, a feeling of disorder. We bought sobaos, ties, palm trees and a quesada from Andral, I explain: The sobaos are not worth it, they are simple biscuits, made from sobaos, they only have the shape because they taste like biscuits (no flavor of sobado). The ties, the puff pastry did not have a bad taste but the puff pastry was not crunchy, rather soft and moist, and the toasted sugar on top was non-existent in some of them. The puff pastry palm trees were soft, nothing to do with others that we have tried in the same town of Unquera that creak and break as they are bitten. The quesada pasiega is not bad but it is noticeable that it is industrial and far from other products in the area, the girl who attended us for the sale of the quesada was very nice, but at the other counter they were only interested in selling, selling and selling without answer the questions or doubts we had about the products. In my opinion, it is not worth buying any product if you want to buy something in good conditions and try something typical of Cantabria, it is a local battle.
