Cork Restaurant Inc

We celebrated my father's birthday here and even the stingiest among us were already planning their next visit -- the food was THAT good. Everything was perfection. I don't feel like writing a novel about it (I could). Just go! (FYI - the former head chef at Cork now owns the #1 rated Brewing Company.... I suspect there is a link! If not, kudos to the head chef at Cork!). The service was also exceptional. If this place was in Toronto they could charge double.

Spent yesterday evening dining on the patio before join the 500+ people at the Elora Festival. The food preparation was outstanding, "Small Plates" make for a great way to work yourself into one of the many exquisite entries. The Special was Halibut, and it was exceptionally prepared, my wife tell me, I enjoyed the chicken breast, a little heavy on the potato serving for my liking... But overall good value, will be back!

We visited Cork with friends for the first time. The food was outstanding and the service was very friendly and very accommodating. One person in our party had several allergy concerns and they were very eager to offer options on all dishes to address the concerns. This is an outstanding restuarant in a quaint little town. We can't wait to go back!

A very decent selection if wines and recommended pairings.The came a we bit slow which was perfect and presentation and quality was certainly there. Maybe a bit higher priced but will be back

Delicious food and great service. Great wine selection. We had the halibut special and was delicious.
