Visits the New Year's Eve last night ticket price included late night hot/cold appetizers. The food offered was a great disappointment, not everything I would expect from the Corktown. There were large amounts of 4 types of usually very fat, bad quality items. The traces of Veg and Dip were taken out 30 minutes later and were well received, but overall the food experience at this event was terrible. However, the beverage service was excellent, especially given the customer volume at the bar at any time. The beverage servers were fast, friendly and accurate- fantastic!

In 1991 I played in a tour band from NJ that got a performance in Hamilton. As I remember, it was an unforgettable experience, so my wife and I had to visit Corktown. Amazingly, the place had hardly changed, and we were looking at a few good hard-jazz-avant bands. Corktown is an inconceivable Irish pub in the middle of a residential area of three-storey old brownstones. Good music, good drinks, large portions of pub food. I brought back great memories. If you are in the neighborhood, visit Corktown Pub

We had a nice summer evening on their new terrace. The service was amazing and thoughtful. All security measures were available for Covid, and yet everything seemed relaxed and friendly. The owners checked all the cartridges and thanked everyone for coming and supporting this heritage pub. Thanks Corktown! We had a wonderful summer night of nachos, fish and chips and cold beer! It was a safe and fun start to reopen social life! Thank you.

We went to the Corktown tonight after seeing the CN Christmas train. This is a unique place. Old fashioned tavern, with daily specials and live music. The service was great. Tonight was the wing special. They were crispy and very good. It is in an older section of Hamilton and the building has great ambience. If you don't choose to be near the music, the bar is divided and you can sit on the other side.
