I love the food here and most of the staff are very friendly and professional so it 's such a shame to see how much business they lose because of lack of salesmanship and communication.It should be common practice to train counter-front staff to be communicative with customers who walk in and those who are in line. I never see more than 1 person managing the register/front counter and since they also have to make coffee orders and pack food the lineup gets long and everyone 's just standing around not knowing when or if they 'll even get served. I 've seen so much business just walk out the door. Simply training the staff to shout out a good morning every time someone walks through the door...
Customer service was terrible from the moment we went to order. I put my order and asked what they had for well drinks before I made my drink selection. One could say that she didn't even want to wait for us, two, the only answer was Coke products. I said this is a wide selection of drinks, so what is there. She replied, Coke products. We brought a group of middle school students here for lunch. We called the day before and the day of our visit and we are sure they are ready for our group of 35. They were definitely not. The order lasted over 1 hour (we even passed menus, so everything would be ready to order quickly) and other guests try to cut before our children. I'm really sorry for our cash. Corner Bakery did not appear prepared.
