Corner House Pub And Grill

Our local fish n chip place wasn't opened till 3pm, so we decided to give the Corner House a try for lunch!!! So pleased we did! We went with the lunch fish n chip special along with 10 wings...it just happened to be .69 cent wing day!!! I tried the garlic wings and my husband had the medium!!! The fish and fries were really good, homemade fresh and delicious and the wings were also so good! A mate recently recommended this place and she was spot on! The waitress was so pleasant! We will definitely be back...the breakfast special at $4.99 looks like a great deal too!!

Went for lunch and was not impressed. Service was slow with only one person taking orders. Had chicken souvlaki which was skimpy at best. Others ordered beef stew with soda bread which was deemed okay. While waiting noticed everyone was sitting with their coats on. Temperature needs adjustment. Not the place for a conventional meal. Pricey for what you get.

We have been to the Corner House as recent as May 22 for lunch.The prices are quite reasonable and the food is good.The issue we have is that the times we have been there is the shortage of staff.There was one waitress who served as bartender and waitress.Therefore many people were waiting quite a while just to have their order taken.

We have been here at least six times and other than the first time when they had just opened, it has been really good. Lots of variety, reasonable prices and pleasant service.Each time we have been there we have tried something different and it has all been really good.

Came here on a quiet weekday night. Everything was pleasant and I have no real complaints or high marks for this establishment. The floor to the bathroom was rather slippery though, almost greasy.
