We decided to book a meal at Artist Residence for the last night of our 4 night stay in the area and we were not disappointed. From start to finish the experience here was incredible and from the moment we walked through the door we...were greeted and served by warm and friendly staff members. We were initially sat on a table we weren’t very comfortable at but the waitress who served us happily found another more suitable one. The drinks and food on offer were delicious. the artist residence is a pleasant walk from the train station. chapel street has a really nice mood and adds to the charm of the hotel in any case. we stayed for only one night, but booked the Chapel suite and it was not disappointed...absolutely stunning room with views of the quirky admiral benbow pub, which is directly opposite. cocktails were great, we ate both dinner and breakfast in the hotel and both were quite expensive and excellent quality. we will definitely be back, it felt like we discovered something special. penzance is on the summit, it is a nice place for a few breaks, a swimming in the jubilee pool or a walk along the promenade on an early evening both a good opportunity t...

We had a fabulous early dinner for our wedding anniversary with our children 10 8. Staff were friendly and helpful, food was top notch, cocktails were delicious and decor was obviously divine. Not ridiculously pricey either. Would definitely recommend and return! Looking forward to...visiting the one on Bristol which is local to us.

what a Jewel! we stayed only one night, but this beautiful hotel turned a quick stop into a tasty bite! with thoughtful touches like kissenspray, nespresso fresh milk in the room, and great food make this a special place. we hope to be back. Réservez une table maintenant

went for the birthday of my wife and was the best choice I made, brilliant eating and service, highly recommended. the coffees also gave free as it was their birthday.
