I recently visited Omalleys with a group of friends, and unfortunately, our experience was marred by the incredibly rude staff. One of our friends doesn't drink, and despite being polite and not causing any trouble, the staff insisted he had to get up from his chair and leave. This was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. We won't be returning to Omalleys and would advise others to be wary of their treatment of non-drinkers.
Loved this tavern. Proper Irish pub in the heart of Brookline. They get extra points for having a reasonable price point for food and drink even though they’re in Brookline. It’s definitely a wallet friendly place. The interior space is well done and there’s a charm to this place. Will definitely be back.
Found this place to meet a friend before the Sox game. Saw so many good reviews about the fish and chips so we both got it. Best fish and chips I've ever had. Bartender was your typical grumpy looking nice guy. Had a great time. My friend is English and he loved the fish and chips as well.
Service was truly so amazing we actually had 3 servers. The Shepard pie is freaking amazing, the atmosphere was pleasant. Walking distance from the hotel and located in a great area. Highly recommended Réservez une table maintenant
A traditional Irish pub that was walking distance from our hotel, Guinness on tap, and great atmosphere. Servers were friendly even if you simply stopped in for a few refreshments on a hot day.
Our local Irish pub. Came here for St. Patrick's Day and it was a hoot. And usually pretty reliable for a nightcap on the way home. We haven't had dinner yet here but would be open to it.
Atmosphere was a bit loud, but food and service were great. Recommend coming when there's not a sports event if you want a quieter experience.
The fish and chips were exquisite. This place feels like more of a bar than a restaurant, but you wouldn't know that from the food! Réservez une table maintenant
