Cortado Tasting Room

My favorite spot for coffee, food, relaxation, and productivity! The atmosphere is so inviting, and the staff and management are among the best I’ve encountered. With a wide variety of specialty items, the knowledgeable and caring team elevates the coffee experience to a whole new level. I plan to make this my regular stop, whether weekly or daily. If you haven’t yet visited Cortado, I highly recommend it as your next coffee destination! It’s a fantastic place that won't let you down and will likely become your new favorite too!

Absolutely the best coffee I have had in North America. I’ve been searching for something that would give me a similar taste and quality to what I have had in Europe. My first sip took me back to that first morning in Paris last year. On top of the high quality coffee, the service was phenomenal. Such care was taken to make sure we were happy with our experience. Cortado Tasting Room will be a regular stop for me!

I highly recommend this coffee shop! They offer a variety of paleo and gluten-free options, including muffins, salads, and soups. The lattes are incredible. I've visited three days in a row, and it's a must-try for all coffee enthusiasts.

This place will become a regular for me, and an opportunity to experiment with preparing coffee in different ways. Staff are friendly and the coffee was great. We had a chicken on bagel and it was a generous size.

Absolute best coffee in the Maritimes. They do manual brews (Chemex, siphon, v60, AeroPress) with all the care and attention that a coffee-obsessive would at home.

Probably the best little coffee spot in town. The Royal Belgium balancing siphon makes the best coffee ever! So good. You have to go!
