the most friendly staff who always put a smile on my face in the morning, coffee is always brilliant quality and the baked cakes are fab! a great thank you to all staff for their amazing customer service even during their busy periods, as my orders are always ready in a flash and are served with a smile: the team deserves more praise than they get from these reviews!

Whenever I go after hitchin and if I'm not too busy, I want to immerse in costa for a flat white and sometimes a bake. they still make best flat white I asked for extra hot and frothy it was. even if very busy employees were always polite, I can't mistake the customer service so thank you for seeing them soon

hitchin costa is nice but could do with some comfortable chairs. love the new cortado, I think I am addicted to them
