Costa Coffee - Réserver une table

I have been coming every morning am for the last years. Very friendly place, great staff- always friendly and helpful I actually taught one of them years ago good range of hot and cold food and drinks all made how...you like it. Overall, a great atmospheric coffee shop with friendly staff and regulars. Don't be put off by the comments from one-off' customers try it for yourself. Tony.

As a regular customer at Costa Newark I have to say in my experience the staff are always very professional, courteous and friendly, and without exception all my visits have been very pleasant and relaxing! Compliments to all. Malcolm Goodman MBE

Dirty place. Dirty tables, dirty teaspoons. Place not hygienic. staff not experienced in what they do. Barista gives coffee as if he was pouring water into a glass. I have been to coffee several times and I can say there is no improvement.

Dirty group head machine, dirty tables, dirty floors, dirty cutlery, wrong order given and staff that couldn't care less. If you like Costa use the concession in the Odeon Cinema in the London Road car park. They are worlds apart.

Takes ages to get a coffee not overly busy, tables filthy and the state of the toilets... seen better portaloos. If you’re too busy to keep place clean stop serving customers for mins and sort it out. Poor show
