have to be honest, think this is probably the first time we have visited Costa but I got a £5 voucher from a draw at work. We were surprised at the queue and ended up waiting over 10 minutes for the Latte, Espresso and the two paninis we ordered, they did seem under staffed but we were a bit fed up by the time we got our order but we then found they have a lovey outdoor space at the back it was a lovely sunny day so we spent a lot longer than expected enjoying our coffee/food, so much we got another coffee and some carrot cake which we both said was one of the best we have had. Would have given 5 out of 5 if not for the wait
I know it's a chain and you should support local businesses. But their coffee is so much better here. The staff sre slways smiling and happy to serve. Extra points if the ever cheerful Lauren is serving. Also it beats the other chain coffees in town as it is spacious, doesn't feel like they have crammed as many seats in as possible to the point of uncomfortable.
Amazing staff and service. My daughter is Autistic and feels so comfortable here. She draws them pictures and they display them. They don't know what they've done for her confidence and self esteem. She has anxiety anywhere else but here totally at home. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts. Also the coffee is great
Probably the worse costa in the area, coffee is awful and cold, its the only (and I mean the only) costa that will not extra hot coconut or almond milk therefore making the coffee cold.....won't be going back.

Good and friendly service. Waitresses were lovely and hot chocolate were good. Waitresses provided good entertainment. However an odd smell lingered for a couple of minutes and then went away
Probably the worst Costa I've ever been in absolutely filthy! Flys in the cake cabinet and the waitress couldn't care less. Tables not cleared and place is in need of a good clean .
I used costa for the bsby changing facilities as the room is big enough to take her in there in the buggy. They made lovely Americano and the place is spotless with friendly staff.
Has become our go to coffee shop beautiful cakes good coffee comfy relaxed seating areas toilets great for a quick snack

Brilliant service from the staff, very friendly and helpful. And the coffee is excellent.
Very friendly staff but extremely slow service and the customer toilet was a bit grim.
