Costa Coffee - Réservation de table

I ordered a hot chocolate, but received coffee instead. I tried to contact Costa to have them send the correct drink and take the coffee back as proof, but their phone lines are closed. I am extremely frustrated because I cannot get a replacement drink and now I am left without my order. I do not want to reorder and pay for delivery twice.

I use this Costa quite a bit to be honest as I do like a good cuppa and a chocolate twist. It does get busy here especially on a Saturday. This is probably down to the staff being friendly, helpful and quick to complete your order. The seating area and toilets are clean and presentable.

The restaurant was quite crowded but I didn't have to wait long. The service was friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting.

Got the completely wrong items ordered a frappe and iced coffee and got a hot chocolate and cinnamon bun

Usual Costa fayre. Quite a large place, lighting could be better, and toilets could be cleaner.
