I had a terrible experience at Costa Coffee. The staff was unprofessional and displayed racist behavior, allowing a white woman with blonde hair to cut in front of me. The service was appalling, and I found the atmosphere very unwelcoming. I would rate it 0/10. Meal type: Lunch, Food: 2, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.
I have to say that the staff at this Costa was the rudest I've ever come across. I've learned my lesson and will only visit once. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
