Hello everyone, I took my children to Costa in Armagh today for a treat. While waiting for my order, I inquired about the sugar-free syrups. I was told that the blue labeled bottles were all sugar-free and the flavors available were hazelnut, caramel, and gingerbread. I asked to try the gingerbread syrup, but was informed that it would be an extra charge. I explained that I only wanted a small taste, but was still told I would have to pay. Where is the customer service in that? I understand that everything has a cost, but I had just spent £12 on mostly ice. There was also a bad attitude from the staff, with no apology for the extra charge.

I recently visited this cafe for a coffee and pastry. I ordered a cafe mocha and a caramel square, which came to a total of 6.05. I was shocked to find out that they charge extra for a squirt of cream. The small caramel square was priced at 2.50, while the coffee was 3.55. The service was slow and the tables were dirty. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the staff, stating that the prices were ridiculous. I will not be returning to this cafe, as I believe they are ripping off the local community. I would suggest finding a coffee shop with better service, friendlier staff, and fair prices. Avoid this place at all costs.

This coffee shop is not recommended. The staff seemed bothered by everything, and the service was poor. The carrot and walnut cake and bakewell tart we ordered came on a single plate with the second plate stacked underneath. The tables were dirty and hadn't been cleaned, and even the teacup was stained and dirty. To top it off, there was a hair in the cake. I will not be returning to this establishment and suggest trying one of the many better coffee shops in Armagh, such as the Filling Station.

Really hungry and needed a fill up. Time 5.30pm. Hut food, toasties finished. Oven off. Pathetic. Ordered a tea cake bot they could not toast it. Ordered americano with cream. Tea cake cold and almost stale. Butter portions melted and oily, Coffee black. I had to go up and get more cream. Young male staff uninterested. Really angry at the experience. 50% off government offer made it palatable.
