Takeaway Cups! after visiting two weekends in a row and being notified again by a hand written scrap of paper stuck to the window and all over the shop, Only Takeaway Cups I inquired as to why no cups? Answer given by the barista after returning from her break/lunch and flinging her purse on the work surface where food was being prepared was, the dishwasher takes to long , Really Costa! the barista then proceeded to serve the customer in front of me whilst wiping the corners of her mouth and then sticking her finger in her ear scratching around, they then proceed to plate up a snack for the customer with out washing her hands or using tongs, Discussing, if this is the best you can do Costa I...

I often visit with the family as this is our local Costa. It can get busy but the queue generally moves quick enough.The usual array of cold hot drinks, snacks pastries. At times it could be cleaner have tables cleared a little quicker, but there’a a generous amount of seating, formal tables/chairs and comfy sofas, so you can usually find somewhere to sit.

In my opinion, this Costa is quite average. There is nothing exceptional about it, but also nothing notably bad. The drinks and cakes were decent, and the service was okay. Overall, I wouldn't choose to visit this place if it weren't for the convenience.

Shortly after we arrived at the restaurant, my friend fell ill. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful until medical assistance arrived. We were all extremely thankful for their care and support.

use this costa every tuesday the servise is allways slow its not very clean and despratley needs refurbing floor triphazards tabels rocky usaley use the one the other end of town time to go to neros
