Costa Coffee - Réservation de table

Nipped into this high street Costa for a quick takeaway, as I tried to walk in, I had a choice of which double door to pull open,left or right, both doors stating pull on the handle, I pull the one that 's locked, as there 's no sign stating it 's locked, it makes a bit of a noise, then I just enter through the other door. As I walk in, I 'm greeted by what can only be described as a short haired, rather large lady, with a face like a slapped back side standing behind the counter, stairing at me, stating rather loudly, really! As if I was meant to know what door to come through. I had a 50/50 chance and got it wrong, This is why I don 't gamble. I genuinely feel sorry for the other staff tha...

We visit this coffee shop regularly but service is getting terrible so we have started going to Caffè Nero instead. The problem is lack of staff and the ordering process. Orders are taken at the tills but are processed by another member of staff. As the tills can take orders faster than the coffee can be made this leads to huge queues. People often leave the back iof the queue because they have to wait so long, especially on a Saturday morning. I don't understand the attitude of the business in understaffing.....surely the cost of another member of staff would be more than offset by the non_,loss of business.

Best Costa Coffee in the local area. All of the staff are so friendly and amazing, makes me coffee when they see me walk in so I've got my order by the time I've paid. Coffee seems to taste better here compared to others I've been too which show the staff know how to make coffee without rushing it. Thank you for the great team

I was out purchasing a small quantity expendables In Costa Coffee Reigate and dissatisfied by the service on which I received and my fellow colleagues received. We were made to feel like nothing at all and this is not what I want when I am spending nearly £5 for abysmal service from this establishment. An absolute disgrace. Réservez une table maintenant

Had a delicious mocha again today in Banstead. Tariq and Amy are the best; lovely friendly baristas; it is so lovely to sit and watch them engage with their customers, many of whose drinks they know before they’re even asked! Lovely Costa!

Lots of clattering, voices echoing, doors banging, hand dryer from the toilet whirring plus the coffee making machine going of course. Table wobbling. Hence not a very relaxing visit. Coffee good though!

The staff is friendly and attentive. The venue is clean and the coffee is always perfect. The location is perfect because parking options are just round the corner.

Terrible service . Always a long wait never got what you want to order decaffeinated coffee , always people returning their orders as prepared wrong , terrible Réservez une table maintenant

Had such a great friendly service from Luke today right before the school rush. Normally an ok costa to go to, but Luke made it 10/10 today

Costa in reigate is lovely but the waits are long. Saying that the staff are awesome. Love the coffee art they put into their coffees xxx
