Costa Coffee - Réservation de table

Terrible experience if you ask me. When my order was taken the cash machine crashed but that can happen right? I was waiting for my coffee next to the till when I realized the staff served other 2 customers after me and they forgot about me and my order completely; that can happen too RIGHT?? I asked: Where is my coffee? They answered with Ohhh what did you ordered?? Anyway, took 1 min to do coffee and here it comes, when she put the lid on, a fountain was created as the coffee was spilled all over the cup and lid hole, and that came with an unsurprised laughter from the staff, and no apologies. Hand it to me without even wiping it. There you go Happy Christmas!! Put that in your car cuphold...

Disappointed with service, I asked for both my 50oz mugs to be filled and they didn 't know what size there own large cups hold, In the end I ordered a hazelnut latte 3 shots and a sticky toffee latte 3 shots and there was no taste to them what so ever they was bland and tasted like had no syrup in them, When I advised them they tasted like a normal latte there response was ' it does and am wrong ' They 're happy enough to take my money but not give me the correct order. Should of travelled that bit further for a coffee

I ordered a Chocolate Fudge Brownie frappe and was disappointed to receive a drink that tasted like sweetened milk and ice, with no hint of chocolate, fudge, or brownie flavor. The cream on top even smelled strange and spoiled. In the end, I had to throw it away. This Costa branch did not meet my expectations and I was very disappointed with my experience.

Slow service, when eventually reached the front of the queue the barista coughed into their hands wiped them on their front and didn't wash them. Needless to say I left without purchasing a drink, poor hygiene on display to customers imagine what is behind the counter. Réservez une table maintenant

Service station Costas are always a bit hit and miss . This is the first time I've used this particular one and it wasn't great . Service was slow even though place was relatively empty and staff weren't particularly friendly .

My phone was handed in after I left it. I was back in London and the staff couldn't have been more helpful informing my family then getting it ready for collection by parcelforce for me. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you

Its a lovely costa coffee With lovely staff who are there to help you. The service is very quick And the atmosphere is quiet Lovely place to go to for a quiet drink My husband and I love going there

Drinks and food ok but tables and floor dirty. Wasn't busy- no other customers and 3 staff leant again counter when we arrived Réservez une table maintenant
