with a family member fallen by 5:50 clock in costa. there was no personal visible that we had to wait for more than 5 minutes until a worker was materialized. as a worker materialized, she was a very unpleasant girl that, instead of welcoming us, said they know it's just going out. when I asked if we could drink the coffee (because it was quite cold) she said that our order was not cracked with another worker, then went around the box and told the customers who already drink coffee that they had to go. now I know that the loading closing times were 6pm; but the drive trough was open until 8pm (so it wouldn't be as if there weren't personal in the socket) I don't know why she couldn't just fi...
Last week, Laura informed us about the Costa Club and assisted us in downloading the app. This week, we ordered water for our dog alongside our coffee, but Costa only had flat water in stock. Laura kindly provided us with water for our furry friend. The service was extraordinary and Costa staff members are very accommodating. Laura's exceptional customer service truly reflects the brand. I don’t know why this place is here. They are constantly running out of things. Machines break all the time, they run out of sauce, always run out of cream and insanely enough ran out of ice!!!! Went here and had a cheese toastie it was dry and tasteless. I’d asked thinking I would get what I’d pointed in the direction of which was the Emmental cheese . So was disappointed plus was not offered the meal deal which I would have...liked. When I complained they just said well you will know next time!!
Avoid this restaurant if you are looking for a place to grab coffee in the morning, as they are big and busy. Also, be aware that they lock their doors after 5pm and do not allow walk-ins. It may be best to go to a different restaurant across the street.
Friendly staff good service. Family break all well looked after toddler made to feel welcome. Nice place to stop off for a relaxing break we found. Taken there BY locals who use regularly will look forward to going again when in Runcorn
This restaurant is open daily and offers a menu with breakfast items from the grill. The portions are on the smaller side. One great feature is that it opens early and has a drive-thru option.

We popped in for a coffee after a swim and decided to sit in as the cafe was large bright airy the staff were friendly and it had a nice atmosphere
Long 10-15 minute waits at the drive through and unable to provide what was on the menu. Overpriced and poor service.
