Costa Vida - Réserver une table

Last night my son and went to CV and before I write this understand that I owned 3 CVs so I kinda know what to look for. When we went in the person on lead had just served some Queso and spilled it all over the sides of the cup…still served it to the guest. Then took some paper towel and wiped his gloves off and never changed them and still served us. MAJOR VIOLATION! During my visit to the restaurant, the staff appeared disinterested in assisting me. I felt like an inconvenience just for trying to order a couple of burritos. When I paid for my lunch, I requested several large drinks but was given two medium ones instead. When I mentioned my request for larger drinks, the cashier simply replied, "This is the size we have available, so this is what you get." Overall, it was a disappointing experience with very poor customer service!

We stopped here on our way home and the place was great. They serve generous portions, and everything we ordered was delicious. The staff was friendly, and the prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend it!

You need to pay more attention to quality. I found mold on my tres leches cake. The rest of the food seemed promising, but overall, this experience warrants a review.
