Finally, the food is simply the best Greek and Mediterranean cuisine you could hope for, with portions that are more than enough to satisfy even the biggest appetites. Always start with the Saganaki (flaming cheese) for an unforgettable experience. We’ve enjoyed numerous delightful dishes here, but the Moussaka will truly amaze you! The food was quite good; we especially wanted to try the stuffed peppers, which did not disappoint. We also had the dolmades, and they were very tasty. The cod was impressive as well! However, I found the Loukoumades (Greek donut holes) to be a bit firmer than I expected. The service was average; while the server was friendly, it was a bit slow, and we felt overlooked at times. We were never offered dessert. I would definitely return for the stuffed peppers, but I'm uncertain about the overall experience.
I had the best gyros I've ever tasted at this restaurant. They serve authentic gyros, with the meat cut thicker and cooked to perfection. The waitstaff were fantastic as well; they even provided a water bowl for our dog while we enjoyed our meal outside! The menu offers a wide variety of Greek dishes. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely return.
Costas may be a bit away from the main town, but everything is within close reach, so it's easy to head over for a hearty meal. They offer a 2-for-1 happy hour, and we enjoyed the fried calamari, shrimp Saganaki, and, of course, the chicken gyro souvlaki sandwiches. The staff was friendly, and the service was attentive.
