Costco's service is below average. My mom and I went to Costco with my aunt's card but we wasted 4 hours of our time. We went and got what we wanted to buy per usual, but when we went to pay, the worker said that since the physical card wasn't there we couldn't buy the stuff( we told my mom's sister to send us a picture of her card since the card we had on us was expired). They kept insisting that we bought another membership card, but we thought that was unnecessary since our aunt already had a membership so why wasted $60? We had previously bought their goods via her sister's card so there should have been no problem. We wasted 2 hours at this point. So we went to my aunt's workplace for her Costco's membership to meet the requirements. Later, we went back, got all of the stuff AGAIN. My mom went to checkout, but they now say that the physical person had to be there. That was 2 more hours. We could've saved 4 hours of our lives but not shopping there. Therefore, we then decided it was a better idea to just go to BJ's( their membership card is 1/3 the price of Costco's plus better service).
