I love this Costco, and always received good food and goods..........until I made the mistake of buying new tires. I bought 4 new Michelin Premier A/S tires in January, 2019. They have a 60,000 mile warranty. I had my oil changed at the Toyota place in Fort Myers, and they told me I need new tires. I had only put on 30,000 miles since then, so I took the car to Costco. They told me, that, since I had the tires rotated at the Toyota dealership, their warranty on the tires was void, and I was out of luck. Toyota also told me that the tires were from 2017, so they had degraded somewhat while sitting in the warehouse. So, they sold me tires that were two years old, lasted for half of the warrant...
Great selection of food and hard goods but remember: this is a warehouse style businessand you buy in bulk. Great for families but you 're limited on some items that would be right for singles or maybe some couples. The meats are above average and some packaged products are in larger quantities than that of a standard supermarket. Shopping wisely is a must here. Larger quantity items would still be good for you to freeze or have on hand. Many electronic and media products. A liquor store is also available.
I am an elite member. I went in to buy a box of Pellegrino and stopped to get chicken bakes for my kids. I asked for a water cup and was denied. I was told that they no longer give water cups and I would have to buy a normal cup for .63.. So you mean to tell me I pay 120 for this “Executive Membership” just so you can charge me .63 for water cups. How much money are you guys losing over water cups. I’m just annoyed you made me charge my card for .63 cents. Get it together, I’m embarrassed for you.
Got my hearing aides there for $1,499 after going to several doctors and clinics and being offered the same type HA for more than twice as much! I've had them for over 2 years with no problems, and suddenly I'm having issues. I called and they told me to bring them back in. They kept them for 7 days, then called me to pick them up. Apparently, they needed everything in them replaced! When I picked them up, they were NO CHARGE! Bravo Costco Hearing Aids people. Réservez une table maintenant
Definitely one of the worst Costco's in the city. My biggest complain is the parking lot. It is way too small and overcrowded. Another thing that's bad would be the Membership desk, it is just terrible. Expect to wait a long time for anyone to assist you.The only good thing about this and all the Costco's is the pizza
My membership ends next month and I won’t be back they close so early on the weekend Saturday and Sunday they are done by six some people have to work on the weekends until five and was traffic your stores closing by time I get there and not having a deli not convenient at all totally switching to BJ’s much better
Any staff member that I have dealt with has been very helpful, professional and nice. The warehouse is always packed but they have enough cashiers to keep the lines flowing. For gas, go early in the morning or late in the evening or expect to wait 30+ min at any other time due to the long lines
They made the process of joining up for the membership Soo easy . I realized with my wife that I have have been shopping ? at all the wrong places up until now . Soo glad I signed up have already been going there multiple times already to take advantage of the great savings on many items . Réservez une table maintenant
