Cote Brune - Réserver une table

Terrible, extremely rude, staff and terrible food. Terrible service. The food was burned and they refused to change it. Has been said several times “no” until another waiter came along and agreed to change the bread. He took the plate away and then brought it back... (Küche would not change the bread) so he had to take the rolls out separately and told us to change them himself. Wouldn't change the burger meat. Asked for sausages and was brought uncooked Frankfurter. Overpriced. Food quality is bad. They don't care how they know that people on the slopes have few places to eat. The only plus was one of the waiters (Axel) was nice and as helpful as possible, but he seemed to rework, so forget...

J'ai fréquenté ce restaurant régulièrement pour le déjeuner ou des boissons chaudes au chocolat pendant de nombreuses années. Je l'utilise aussi en été. J'aurais normalement donné 4 étoiles lors de mes deux dernières visites où le service n'était pas bon. Nous y étions hier pour une pause chocolat chaud et les serveurs nous ont ignorés. Ils n'étaient pas si occupés. Une serveuse se tenait littéralement là, mais ne nous regardait pas. Quand nous avons demandé à un serveur, il a dit "une minute". Nous avons finalement renoncé et sommes partis sans commander pour aller dans un autre restaurant, où nous avons été immédiatement servis par un serveur sympathique.

My daughter and I have been customers of Cote Brune since 2013 for our regular ski season lunch stops. Our last visit was Monday 9th January 2023. We ordered two pizzas. One was so burnt it was inedible and the other was overcooked, They replaced...the burnt one when asked and apologized. I ate the other, but was sick with food poisoning that same afternoon. Could have been the pizza or the spicy oil condiment. Either way, it's not good enough and they charged the full amount. That's the last business they'll get from us.

Worst lunch in the Alps. Steaks were hard, burgers and rolls burned to a crack. We asked to change meals and the staff said only when you pay for replacement. Tryed to complain, but each member of the staff was rude and aggressive. Really terrible place... don't visit.

Lukewarm tasteless onion soup, fat hard steaks, terrible salads. There was nothing decent about this expensive meal. It was a total waste of money. Avoid all costs.
