We visited on New Year's Eve, and we actually had to request that they slow down the meal service, as we could have finished within an hour. We booked a table for seven at 7:45 PM, and when we ordered espresso, it arrived cold. When we mentioned it to the waitress, all she could say was that it comes from the machine. It was clear that the machine might have been turned off too early, especially since other diners were still being served in the next room. We felt that the surcharge for a Saturday night was quite excessive, considering it was not a special occasion.
Overall, I believe the restaurant has potential, but the staff needs to elevate their service. Additionally, a bit more thought...
