The calamari was cooked to perfection—crispy without being greasy, with just the right amount of batter. I’d have a hard time recreating this dish at home! My wife’s pasta was cooked al dente, and the meatballs were not only generous in size but also incredibly flavorful, showcasing excellent meat quality. As for my burger, it was a half-pound masterpiece, skillfully prepared with Swiss cheese, perfectly cooked speck, sautéed mushrooms, a thick slice of tomato, and fresh greens—thankfully not iceberg—served on a delicious brioche bun. This was the best breakfast I've ever had at a restaurant! My wife and I absolutely loved it! She even considered making the 3.5-hour drive back just to have breakfast here again. The waiting staff was fantastic, the chefs did an amazing job, and the food was excellent! We will definitely return anytime we're in the Madison/Sun Prairie area. Thank you once again, Country Cafe!

I've been coming to this restaurant for over 20 years. My father used to have breakfast here even before we were born, creating many wonderful memories. Every time I get the chance to eat here, it's always my top choice. The food is exceptional, and I can't recommend the Country Cafe enough!
