Don’t be deceived by the unassuming exterior of this no-frills eatery. Inside, you’ll find an all-you-can-eat buffet featuring mouthwatering Southern cuisine! Upon entering, you simply pay before queuing for the buffet on the right. The selection includes fluffy rice, hearty potatoes, flavorful vegetable casseroles, tender ribs, crispy roasted chicken, pulled pork, and more. The salad bar is also exceptional—make sure to try the Ambrosia! The staff is friendly and efficient, and the dining area is impeccably clean. We got takeout, one meat and two sides. I ordered the pulled pork. It was lean without fat or gristle and delicious. The Lima beans, fried okra, hush puppies were delicious! My husband ordered the fried chicken and it was great. Service was quick and friendly. We will definitely be back. My meal was enough for two meals. Haven’t been here in a long time, was anticipating that all you can eat buffet. That was the only disappointing part about the visit, staff was friendly the food was good. This restaurant is fantastic! The food was outstanding, and the service was excellent. I dined in for dinner, and the price per person was around $20–30. I would rate the food a solid 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5 as well. I highly recommend trying the Fried Chicken, Ribs, Hash, and BBQ.
Delicious food and a friendly, helpful staff make this place a fantastic find in the small town of Swansea. Although I only visit occasionally and I'm not a local, I always enjoy coming back to this BBQ spot. The banana pudding and brownies are especially delightful!
