I have always enjoyed this place for the last 15 years and the quality is always consistent in top-notch in the picture that I am showing I'm keeping this boneless pork chop not because I couldn't finish my breakfast but because I wanted to keep one for tomorrow it's so good. NEW: I am issuing a cross~the~area notice that there are so many really innovative and what I like to call gourmet grunge Recipes like the ones you see on the gourmet cooking shows and things don’t seem to change very often at many of our local restaurants so I am asking that chefs do specials quite often with really innovative or gourmet grunge items. I love this place not only because the food and atmosphere, but also because of their excellent service, everry time is a wonderful experience, this past weekend I had a special order request and Bela, our waitress brought my food exactly as I wanted, she was so nice, friendly and welcoming. There was also a time we came and they were very busy, they apologized and gave us some sweet bread when we sat so that we can have something to eat while we wait to be served; there was also a time that our order took a bit longer than usuall and they proactively gave us more bacon on our order. Coming into the restaurant the atmosphere was so so. Then waiting to do a take out order the server, “Dede” was very short with us. She had a blank look on her face, she looked miserable and unpleasant. She gave off uncomfortable vibes and if my girlfriend wasn’t starving I would have left….. just treat people as you would want to be treated… possibly welcome them with a smile that would be a nice gesture. The food alone won’t bring us back… rude behavior will do it for me. Sorry

Wouldn't be fair to leave a lower rating since I took to go, ordered steak and eggs, came with home fries and buttertoast. Food wasn't bad but steak could of been better, seemed lil overdated and I didn't eat it all. Wasnt terrible but wasn't completely satisfied at the higher price for everything. Eds resturant reviews- Both my wifes and my fried eggs had raw egg whites. The wife ordered over medium so she returned her eggs and got well done eggs. I ordered crispy hash brown and I got a few burnt hash browns and the rest were slightly cooked. Wont be back.

Great experience! The food was plentiful and delicious. My husband had the country fried steak, I had the bacon lovers breakfast. Everything was wonderful. The toast was honestly my favorite part. Plain white toast with butter but it was great! 10/10.

If you’re looking for a great meal, whether it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner, hands-down the best in the area. From the French toast to the thanksgiving Tom turkey dinner. I highly recommend giving these guys a try. Turkey dinner any time of year.

I got a spicy skillet omelette and home fries, I asked for the home fries to be deep fried so that it was crispy and they came out greasy and looked like boiled potatoes. Probably won't be back. Réservez une table maintenant

This is a 1950s style Old Florida restaurant, with friendly folks, and great food. If your looking for a great meal, at a great price, you would be hard put to beat the Country Skillet.

Good breakfast, good biscuits and gravy, but a little slow on taking order, If you are on a schedule, like going to airport, maybe skip this place until you have time. Good food though
