During my recent visit to County Line, all four of us at the table decided to order the goose, which is served pulled apart on a bed of stuffing with gravy prepared to your liking. The dish was delightful, as you can see in the picture. Alongside my goose, I enjoyed sides of lettuce drizzled with warm bacon dressing, Harvard beets, and a touch of cranberry sauce. The fresh rolls and the exceptional mint house-brewed iced tea were a perfect complement to the meal.
