The commercial gesture on the bill means that I put 2* otherwise it wasn't even worth one. Aperitif served at the same time as the dishes, the dishes were returned. 1/2 hour later we were served the same plates again, including a maitre d'hôtel steak with the butter obviously completely melted (and without removing the aperitif glasses). I have always appreciated Courtepaille but I would no longer return to the one in VilleParisis even though I have lunch there every month or so. In addition to the wait being too long when the restaurant was very lightly filled, the waitress (of an advanced age met on May 28, 2023 at noon) lied to me. She kindly offers to offer us a second vegetable in our menus and ultimately charges us for them. When I tell her about the mistake on the bill, she denies it, making me understand that we have eaten enough. So she charged me for 2 vegetable supplements without warning me. Je voudrais souligner que le restaurant Short Straw à Vîlleparisis ferme aujourd'hui en raison d'une mauvaise gestion. Suite à leur changement de structure et à l'absence de sérieux dans la gestion, nous souhaitons que notre restaurant redevienne comme avant. Je souhaite bonne chance à l'équipe du restaurant et au personnel qui est licencié de cette manière. Au moins, le chauffage fonctionnera mieux ainsi, géré par une direction irresponsable.
