Elegant lady playing a grand piano, --- soft background music, roaring toasty fire-place emitting warmth and ambiance, silver-service setting, and you have the pieces in place for a wonderful dining experience. The staff are very attentive, with filling up water cups and wine glasses, and the " Wednesday Winter Warmer" 3 course set meal, was served with grace, and talent. There were many guests there last night enjoying this wonderful special, but we were served very quickly and at our requested rate. It was my son's birthday, and the pianist played " Happy Birthday" for him, while staff brought in the cake with a sparkler. The coffee was superb and provided an excellent end to a very enjoya...
Everything was great. The service was quick without feeling like you are being rushed out the door. The atmosphere and views made us feel like we should have been sitting on the back deck of an exclusive holiday home. The food, where do I start? So many choices, even for someone like me with dietary requirements. We were celebrating a birthday and a university doctorate achievement and the Courthouse Restaurant truly made it a memorable day. Thank you!
The meals at this restaurant are fabulous 10 out of 10. Have dined there many times. Due to Valentines Day they were extremely busy and the large amount of staff they had were over attentive, you didn't have time to pop your knife and fork down before your plate was whisked away. In fact someone tried to remove our entrée before we even started it. Fabulous night, great meal but staff were a little over attentive.
Quiet. Spacious. Great service. Outstanding food. Generous table size. Atmospheric. A beautiful night out was had by all including my 80 year old Mum who forgot her hearing aids but could hear everything. This will be my go-to place for special occasions and when visitors hit town.
