Cowboy Brazilian Steakhouse Hilton Head

Service was non existent, drinks were not refilled. We were very surprised at lack of service by our server then figured out that gratuity was added so that explains that. We would have tipped above the as my husband and I both waited tables through college but our server was no where to be found except when she brought first drink and then check. Asked if we wanted dessert and we said no and she said she wished we would have got them to up her commission. We were confused by that until we saw the gratuity added. I think that response was rude. The bussers and carvers were great, wish we could have just given them the tip

Absolutely terrible service. And asked for well done (no pink center) meat for over an hour to only get one piece of steak cooked and still paying full price for one very small piece of steak. The waitstaff was less than attentive to our need for water and lemonade (not hard at all). We are not needy as I have worked in the industry and it was awful service… only to be charged for something I didn’t eat and on top of it, automatic gratuity for people

From the time we walked through the door for our reservation we were made to feel as if we were the only patrons. class service from start to finish. If you leave hungry it’s your own fault! The parade of meats and grilled food does not stop until you wave the white flag and surrender. First time experience for all but one in our group and everyone is hooked now. Highly recommend this location

The value for the money is simply not there. The staff were pleasant but simply could not help. For example the claim to fame at a Brazilian steak house is supposedly the selection of meat. We either they simply did not have beef ribs for example (as well as other selections) or the cuts were over cooked to our request. For per person meal, you would expect a little more Réservez une table maintenant

Was such a wonderful treat for myself and my husband . Food as always was wonderful . Hot , fresh and cooked to perfection . Salad bar was freshly packed and so delicious. Can't wait till we can go again

I enjoyed the food. It was great! I did miss the teriyaki chicken on the menu. The only chicken that we were served was chicken sausage, but I didn't care for that. The rest of the food was great

Food was great! They got our meat preferences and brought us what we wanted. FYI the coffee refills aren’t free, but that was a minor point. The buffet had many excellent dishes

The quality of the food and the service were excellent. The tables were spaced however the servers did not wear masks. We had a delightful evening Réservez une table maintenant

Great place for any diners, especially large groups and families since the restaurant has a fixed menu
