Cowboy Brazilian Steakhousewinston Salem

My hubby and I decided to go on a Thurs night for “date night”. We were not impressed when it was “Cowboys”, however, since ownership and name has changed this new experience is a night and day change for the better. Service was excellent our main Waiter was Carlos). The meat selection was very good and cooked to our preferred temp medium rare). The salad /appetizer bar was amazing, very fresh and tons of yummy choices. Hot side bar was very good also. Wonderful evening great bottle of wine) and Thursday is “couples night” which means a discount to $40 per person $80 couple). So worth it! Wine not included, but wow on the quality, service atmosphere!

We were seated right away,we did have a reservation though. The dining service was explained in detail. The staff was very friendly and amazing. There was very little noise, perfect for a business meeting or a date night. The food was delicious. The only critique I had was the lamb could have been better seasoned.the other meats were amazing and the salad bar was diverse and accommodating. The addition side bar was also well maintained and very tasty.

This place was a total joke. We were there for two hours and never got drinks. We never got the good on the skewers for over an hour and then only got beef. Sorry I want chicken and pork. I’m paying for it and you advertise it so serve it. I was more disappointed in this place than anywhere I have ever been as an adult. Do not go. Totally sucks

I've been to many Brazilian steakhouses in several States and I have to say this is one of the best! The service was great and the food was absolutely delicious. The cold salad bar had so many choices that we didn't even get to the hot bar. The meats were all prepared perfectly and you could tell were of high quality. Réservez une table maintenant

The new owners of this restaurant have made significant improvements! The food and service are excellent. Although the prices are slightly higher, it is definitely worth it!

Amazing! The staff was so attentive to our needs, and the food was amazing as always. It was our wedding anniversary and they made it wonderful! Highly recommend going here!

The steak was delicious but the salad bar was definitely a downgrade from Cowboy in our opinion.
