I would give zero stars of possible. To whom it may concern I would like to let you know about an incident on Friday July 5th 2024 5:30 pm in the river store. I am suffering from ALS I had family from out of state visit me we stopped at your establishment to buy 3 slushys to enjoy by the river, we were treated very poorly and harshly from a women named Mac! As soon as we walked in she very grumpily, and rude she told us that they were very busy and were waiting for a wine cruise to come in. We have also gone into this establishment a number of times and were NEVER treated this way before. We also visit the winery frequently for your bottles of wine! As we thought we would have a nice evening...
We loved this place! Beautiful atmosphere right on the water. We did a tasting first and truly enjoyed the wine. My favorite was the Rose’ but enjoyed every one we tried. We bought a case of wine which entitles us to two free tastings. Our server, whose name is escaping me, was wonderful, beyond accommodating. Also, some wonderful art work and with the purchase we were given a picture complimentary that was beautiful and I have already framed and hung on the wall. I must say a wonderful experience and we will be back.
We had a great time. Wine was very good. Gabby was a wonderful server. Helped us through the tasting and was very nice. She made our experience fun. We then sat outside by the water and the food was a little slow but very good. Everyone there was very nice. They were good about Gluten free. Let me bring in my gluten free crackers. Would love to go back!! Go, you will enjoy. Gabby good luck with your wedding. You will make a beautiful bride!
We were traveling with friends to the Thousand island area and just happen upon this winery in this quaint little town (Clayton NY). This wonderful staff Mac was incredible to us. She did a great job with our tasting and was a really good time. Ihighly recommend this winery there really wasn 't a bad wine and some really good ones. We left with a case to take back toOhio. Great experience!

Mac is the absolute best. We did a tasting with her which was just amazing, so great we came back the next day!!!! 5 starts for Mac and 5 stars for the company!
This place is a gem! Enjoy a delicious flight on the patio and enjoy the river views. The blackberry bliss wine is excellent! Definitely worth the stop!
A family trip from Louisiana to New York wouldn’t be complete without a trip to the vineyard. I love my Twisted Sister!
