I recently visited Atlanta and chose this restaurant for crabs since it was just a 15-minute drive from my hotel. I ordered a dozen medium female crabs and 1.5 pounds of steamed shrimp, which totaled $65 in cash. Unfortunately, 8 out of the 12 crabs were nearly empty and mushy. I considered bringing this up, but my time was limited. I can only give 2 stars because the two waitresses were very kind and provided excellent customer service. Otherwise, I would have rated it just one star. Coming from the DMV area, I really should have known better and gone to an actual seafood spot in Baltimore for my crabs.
I ordered 2 dozen crabs delivered the day before Mother's Day, and I received notification that the crabs would arrive 5 days early. I called Crab Depot and they were already at the top of the problem. Tell me I'm enjoying the crabs I'm going back early, and they'd honor my original request. The first batch was a good size and weight and full of meat. Oh and I just returned the notification that my original request will arrive tomorrow. Thank you. Crane depot is a happy mom in this house.
I spent $80 on 36 tiny crabs and butter, and I won't be returning. The quality of the crabs was among the worst I've experienced in Baltimore, both in terms of flavor and freshness. The butter wasn't even real; it seemed like it had been spilled. I ended up having to throw away my crabs. The customer service was only decent because they were focused on getting my money, and they really didn't seem to care otherwise.
Crabs were absolutely awful !!! Came here father's day got crabs .. it was a waste of my time.. the crabs had no meat they gave me a bunch of claws legs..I normally go to salty dog crab house on Noth point Blvd but they were sold out.. I am always satisfied when I go there. This place is a joke should be shut down..NEVER AGAIN

Great place for Chesapeake bay blue Crabb!They knowledgeable and advised me to have them steam for me, but not season, for I was driving back up north. Wait couple hours for them to cool, then to p UT on ice.
I love Crab Depot there seafood is by far the best I tell you this from experience and for me word of mouth trust and believe when you go there to get your seafood you will not be disappointed.
The crabs I got really didnt have anything in them but it's not all the time so that's a plus. But this place would do so much better if the crabs wasnt so empty for the price .
I waisted my time and money on these small lite crabs, before I arrived I asked if the crabs were heavy and of course they lied. Never again!

After being abroad for 5 years, I had to drive up from Atlanta to get my fix! Never disappointed here.
I love this place the crabs are so big n the price is reasonable. There shrimp salad is the best
