Good views and good food, and that is where it ended. Drinks were not good, especially the old fashioned and the customer service was non-existent. The guy on the table next to us returned his drink because it was so bad. One of the worst customer service experiences I have had at a restaurant in a very long time. We checked in and got a drink while we waited for our table. Asked the waitress a question on the menu, she never returned to answer it. Stopped in for a drink and we took in some of their hidden view.Right behind Crab n Jack’s is the most amazing view of the Wolf River. There is outdoor seating on a covered patio if you choose to partake in the outdoor weather, but if you decide to sit inside, you get the same view with more. There is a large projection TV playing games, plenty of seating, and a jukebox playing some tunes.The bartenders are friendly, and the food was hot and tasty.
