Aside from this issue, the service was also lacking. It took nearly 30 minutes for our meals to be served. There was a 10-minute gap between when my kids' food arrived and when my wife's and my order was brought to the table. There was an error in my wife's meal, which the server initially blamed on the kitchen, but it seemed likely that the mistake was made by the server after reviewing the bill. Additionally, the burger I ordered was overcooked and charred, but I did not request a new one due to the lengthy wait for our meals.
I would like to attribute the service issues to a busy restaurant, but there were only about 10 tables occupied during our visit, none of which were larger than a 6...
Treated terrible at the Brantford location regarding to us giving an opinion on the QR Code! QR codes are for products not people . We were band for life lol Yes life! I received fries with my meal, but I opted to exchange them for a small Caesar salad, which ended up costing me $8.99 plus tax. While I understand there may be a shortage, I believe the waitress should have informed me of the additional cost beforehand. Additionally, I ordered 10 wings assuming they were priced at $10.99, but my bill reflected a charge of $15.99. This resulted in a snack costing me nearly $30. Despite these pricing discrepancies, the food was tasty and the service was excellent.
Food is pretty awful.. they advertise fall off the bone ribs ... maybe true if you first wrestle them off the bone? Some of the toughest ribs I 've ever had.. feels like a crime to even pretend that they are fall off the bone. Nothing else was remotely worth paying for or remembering.. all bland and low quality food, I 'm just upset I had to pay for it

The service at Crabby Joe's in Brantford is exceptional and they serve a good burger. However, out of the 4 burgers I tried from different restaurants in the last 3 days, it ranked the lowest. The fries were disappointing as they lacked flavor. Furthermore, the restaurant was not very accessible as it did not have automatic door openers.
The service was good. The food was excellent. I had the Avacado Peanut salad (it was called something like that). It was amazing, I didn't expect it to be so good. And it was actually a little spicy, something in the dressing. I'm going to see if I can find the recipe online to make at home.
I usually don’t write reviews however Crabby Joes absolutely deserves 5 stars. The food was hot, fresh and delicious- the trifecta. The service was great, super friendly and helpful. Best meal out in years!! An experience out that was truly enjoyable.
The Cashew Chicken Bowl was delicious and the service was excellent. I only rated the atmosphere 3 stars due to the noise coming from the bar area and the music.

Andrea provided excellent service, despite how busy they were for their wing night. Over all great service and great food! Will be back again.
We went here for my son's birthday. We all enjoyed delicious dishes. Thursday is rib day and I enjoyed a full rack. We'll be back.
