Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

I have dined at various Cracker Barrel locations over the years, although none are close to where I live. Today's experience was the worst I've had. The server picked something off of my sad, gray meatloaf and told me she thought it was a piece of paper. She used her bare fingers to remove it. The dish looked better in the picture due to my phone's filter, but in reality, the meatloaf was dark, gray, cold, and hard inside. The mashed potatoes had rubbery gravy, and the turnip greens were stringy and sloppily placed. The fried chicken was the only edible part of my meal. Went there with my family. We’re never ones to complaint but the server Derek was unbelievable. No respect, not courteous, rushed as through the order. When we did get the drinks, 2 of the cups were dirty with visible stain marks. Asked the host to speak to a manager and a guy came over. As a manager he should’ve tried to accommodate us or correct the employee but he defended the employee and basically did not do us any service recovery. We asked for a different waiter but the manager said we would have to move to a whole different side of the restaurant. We had our baby in our car seat with us who finally slept and moving would be too much. He couldn’t accommodate a new server for us where...

Family of four visited this past President's day 2/21/2022 Worst fried chicken ever!! Full of sodium from the chicken to the mac and cheese. Called and complained what a waste of time. Spoke with the Manager, Mark and was told that they would mail a gold card for future visits I am not interested in eating there EVER again it made my Mother and I ill. In order for a refund I was told that I would need to come back to that location!!. Really what year is this, absolutely absurd.

Food is terrible.... steamed broccoli was served raw; meatloaf and country fried steak looked like dog food and tasted gross; cole slaw was sour. Nothing was edible. Service was so so. With so many restaurants having failed due to the pandemic, restrictions and now the economy. You need to support Cracker Barrel for soldiering on with very good quality food, service and reasonable prices.

I'm here on the way. the staff was very friendly. the prices are reasonable and eating was amazing. the facility was super clean and so were the toilets. there was a lot to buy and see.

Menus are the same at all the restaurants. A good experience once again. We appreciate the rv parking available overnight if we need a night on the road to our destination.

This place never disappoints. The food is always excellent. We love the number of choices on the menu. My favorite thing, though, will always be the corn muffins. Réservez une table maintenant
