I would like to let cracker barrel know about the exceptional service from our waiter Joey W.. He was kind, patient, caring and I saw him consoling and older women who was sitting by herself. He seemed to be listening very closely and put his hand on her shoulder to comfort her. He was a young gentleman and he his service is top notch! We were ordering our food and it’s was like he was a friend we have never met! The cashier was also excellent! In a world where good service is hard to find this kid was a breath of fresh air! He worked in first section when you enter the eating area.
I ordered takeout dinner to bring to my granddaughter. I had scheduled it for 3:15PM and arrived at 3PM to allow my wife some time to browse the store. However, when I arrived, I found that my order was already on the carryout shelf. Unfortunately, by the time I reached my destination just 1 mile away, the dinner was cold. I had specified a specific pick-up time, but it seems they did not honor it.
was a little waiting for our food, but it was hot and delicious. they were short on chefs and very friendly and friendly. everywhere in these days is short staff so I understand and am happy with my experience.
The meal we had was excellent. I typically visit the Caseyville branch, but this experience surpassed my expectations. The food was hot, fresh, and served promptly.

Excellent! The only issue was that the chicken fried chicken was not cooked properly, but the server replaced it and fixed the mistake.
I took fried chicken and they were like blah, not very tasty. the cookie was too salty. the price is not so much.
We are Cracker Barrel fans and have been for .any years , this communication idea is a winner .
