a terrible service. we understand that most of the places are staffed, but we ordered items that would get us faster service because we were traveling with vieh. there was a male server that got all his tables in and out while we waited. we asked our server friendlyly she said only the half of our eating was done, we asked about it and yet she never brought it. Beyond that, the restaurant was so cold that it was just sitting there unpleasant. do not regret to go to texas roadhouse! now travel and no dinner and wasted 2 hours travel time.
Horrible service. We understand most places are under staffed however we ordered items that would get us quicker service because we were traveling with livestock. There was a male server who got all his tables in and out while we waited. We asked our server kindly she said only half our food was done, we asked for that and yet she never brought it. On top of it the restaurant was so cold it was uncomfortable just sitting there. Regret not going to Texas Roadhouse!! Now traveling and no dinner and 2 hours of travel time wasted.
terrible service! we waited patiently for an hour and the waitress asked people who heard eating. People who were sitting after us were served and were surprised that we had not eaten yet! ours just never came. Finally we went disappointed by how we usually love cracker barrel to other places! that was our third time there and the experience was only worse. we will not be back! they really need new management! it is obvious that it does not run efficiently!
a stop at the cracker barrel when we're on the road is a must! Unfortunately, they had a late to bring our food, but our gracious server has taken care of it. when that came, it was delicious as usual. after we searched the load and we bought only a few snacks for the road. it is always a pleasure at one of the cracker barrels.
