Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

If I could give a zero, I would!! The last two times were terrible!! Today was the worst!! Today Grandparents Day was at my Grandson school and I took his favorite meal, double meat breakfast and an order of pancakes. Had to visit and eat at school at 11:20 am with 25 minutes. I decided at 9:30 on online order for pickup at 11:00. Well, you thought I was there to get and guess what, it wasn't ready to pick up! I was early for picking up to give them time to make it ready and packed. I had to ask no less than 5 times where my food was that I had to be at school ASAP! Well occupied (which is rare nowadays) and the shop/restaurant was clean and well managed. We went 4: pm, so there was no waiting time at all. Eating was a good typical CB tea server was friendly and attentive (even rarely in these days). One thing to note* this place serves beer and wine. Gathered me from the guard, as my perception of CB is Sunday post church meal. No customers I saw were drinking alcohol, but they were there if you prefer a red wine with your pancakes. Good experience highly recommended.

All of the staff is not only super kind to the customers, they also talked to one another so kindly and with so much respect. The young man behind the counter is a true gem and a great salesperson! Of course I wanted to get 3 old fashioned giant Hershey bars for $5 when he reccomend the deal. If I owned a company, I'd be trying to recruit him as my star salesman. Just such kindness in that place and great food too!

Wow great experience! Eat great! Environment is great! But what was so brilliant and special was the hard work and kindness of our waitress Bessy! You can say if someone really cares and loves what they do! 5 star service!!

We had a group of 10 of us. Everything was very nice! We set ourselves very fast. Our servers were great! You were really on the ball and the food was great! We had a nice time!
