Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

So I've been trying to just keep quiet about my experiences here since all I've ever done was order online for pickup. I've been doing this weekly for about a year. You would think maybe I'd be considered a regular or at the very least remember my face. But it doesn't seem to change the attitude or weird looks I get when I come in to pick up my order. I always try to get someone's attention before I grab my bag so it doesn't look like I'm stealing another person's meal, but I always get looked at like so, and get questioned if I'm really the person I say I am. I'm surely not exaggerating either.

I normally love this place but this past Monday my lunch special the chicken was barely warm. Only the gravy and the side dishes were hot. It was replaced with another piece of chicken also not hot and both pieces were not as easy to chew as they usually are. I let a manager and our waitress know. Our bill was adjusted which was appreciated. Went again yesterday and our hash brown casserole was cold. Again had to ask for a replacement.

Always great food and the staff is always very friendly and helpful I travel a lot and I always know that I will have great food at a reasonable price with good service

We got window seating, which I prefer. Food was great. Definitely enjoy shopping and did so. Would love to see a Cracker Barrel in the Easton/Bethlehem area. Réservez une table maintenant

Cool spot, love the overwhelming little shop they have. Food, is diner quality, but definitely something to experience for the atmosphere

The dirtiest craker barrel bathroom I've been. Decided not to eat after seeing the condition of the bathroom.

Food was really salty. Was alittle disappointed with my Shepards Pie Hashbrown skillet casserole thing.
