Craft Pies Pizza Company Ennis

Came in at 5pm on a Sunday after ordering online. The girls there didn’t change gloves between orders. They didn’t make my salad. The girl that made my salad had made an order while holding her cell phone with her gloved hands. Then put her cell phone up and made my order wearing the same gloves, getting stuff out of the fridge twice, and brushing stuff off the counter with her gloves hands. Never changed them. I left and threw it in the trash. Terrible slow service for an empty restaurant. Looks like a really neat place to eat if the staff were sanitary and worked like they had two hands.

Craft Pies Ennis is a great place to stop for a quick lunch! The staff is super helpful and friendly! Our pizza was perfect! I like that they show you your pizza after they prepare it and before they cook it, so you can approve. We also got salads, and those were great also! All the ingredients were very fresh, and portions were generous. It’s the first time we’ve stopped here—we were very impressed—and we will be back!

Finally a place that does not charge extra for toppings. Pay a set price for a personal size or a medium. Cheese options such as: goat cheese, mozzarella and shredded Parmesan. Ask about the Magic Sauce. Lots of meat and vegetable choices. Dine-In, take out or app. Enjoy!

I love this place. I love the magic oil they put on the pizza. Their ingredients are always fresh and I love creating my own pizza. As many toppings as you want and no extra charge. You can't go wrong.
