Crave American Kitchen Sushi (the Galleria Edina)

Went here for lunch as a part of a group of ~12 people. Service and ambience was excellent. I ordered a pineapple nojito non-alcoholic). Other choices were lemonade, and the blueberry mint fizz, iced tea. We ordered a few different varieties of rolls veggie, Godzilla and two more I can’t remember).However, I did not click photos of those. As a vegetarian, I found that the crave veggie roll was to my liking, . For the entrées I ordered a personal caprese flatbread with a side salad. one of my favorite restaurants plus is this special location one of the better off the chain. they are all somewhat different, the city is in the really terrible compared to the slp crave and galleria crave. Anyway, the crave in the galeere is great. service is excellent, waiters are excellent, manager check them out and eat comes on time, although its fresh so expect a little wait. they have a keto dish of cauliflower for $26, which tastes good! otherwise I'll get sushi or something that the rotating specials pfft.
