Service was dreadfully slow! One desert came out 30 minutes before anyone else’s! The after eight mint desert , on screen showed 3 after 8’s , we received half of one! One desert was ordered, after 30 minutes went to see what was happening and apparently the till had not registered it?. Staff seem more interested in serving the home deliveries, and drop in customers than those sitting inside!
I ordered a biscoff waffle for my daughter who was having a really tough time. Being 110 miles away, this was the only thing I could think to do to put a smile on her face. I mentioned she was having a tough day in the order notes. Not only did the staff put some extra biscoff in the box they also wrote a lovely note. This made her day. Such kindness is rare. Thank you all those involved
We ate at lunchtime and ordered waffles ice cream. Daughter had flake as an extra I had chocolate sauce. It was sunny and warm enough to sit outside in the sun with our delicious hot waffles. We are not usually in these parts so this was somewhere different. The cafe inside is decorated in quite dark colours.
Popped in with the kids after lunch, found it difficult to access the menu online due to intermittent internet service , on asking for a menu I was told NO by a young girl with no communication skills whatsoever, won’t be back! Réservez une table maintenant
If you don’t have a mobile phone and 100% eye sight and cant deal with the absolute rude customer service assistance, then please don’t give them one penny of your money dreadful place, dreadful customer service.
Lovely staff, lovely atmosphere and amazing desserts Really enjoyed my waffle its the best i had in a long time. The dough was crispy and tasty. The ingredients were all fresh. You get a 5
Went in for a late night snack and the service I received blew me away. Gao was friendly and bubbly, knowledgeable and helpful. The food was lovely too
My teenage son popped in for two takeaway cookie dough desserts. They got home and found they were half the size you normally get if you eat in. Beware Réservez une table maintenant
Great place for a desert, plenty to choose from quite a large menu. Good service maybe a bit slow but worth the wait. Highly recommended.
