Appalling experience here tonight, Arrived at 7.20pm and sat down, took over half an hour for the dirty plates from previous sittings to be removed from our table, We each ordered on the app (3 of us at the same time) One friend received her crepe after about half an hour, I waited a a full hour after I had ordered and no crepe in sight so I went up and had to ask for it to be made... it wasn’t even busy there were about 5 tables in there, (less than half capacity) it seemed they just give priority to those taking away!! Why do these restaurants take orders if they cannot deliver? We placed an order through Just Eat around 7pm and were told it would be an hour. About 10-15 minutes later, we received a call saying one of the desserts was unavailable and asked if we wanted to replace it. Fine, we agreed. However, at 8:30, there was still no sign of our order. We tried calling but the line was constantly busy. The app finally notified us that the order was on its way, but it didn't arrive until 9:45pm with no apology from the delivery driver. The service at this restaurant was terrible. We were charged £25 for 2 desserts and drinks, but the staff got both orders wrong and then argued with us about it. Despite there not being any other customers in the restaurant, they still couldn't get our order right. Avoid this place at all costs! There are plenty of better dessert options out there that have good service and get your order correct.
I received an absolutely awful order from this restaurant. The cream was watery, the waffle was cold and dry, and I didn't get the white chocolate sauce I ordered. I filed a complaint with Uber Eats and will definitely not be ordering from here again. Bahis Waffles are amazing and I regret not ordering from them instead. Lesson learned - I won't be trying Creams again.
