i love creams and will continue to go for their delicious milkshakes but i am always disappointed by the service. they are rude and ignore you. i don’t normally write reviews but i was so annoyed by this. i was stood by the till for 10 minutes while they stared at me but did not serve me. they just kept messing about with whatever they were doing, when i was clearly waiting to order. not even a ‘we’ll be with you in a second.’ they stared at me like i was an inconvenience and like they were hoping i’d leave so they didn’t have to serve me. unpleasant experience.
