I went to creams Worcester for desserts on an eat out to help out night but was extremely disappointed with the service. When arriving i went up to the ice counter to ask if they were doing the 50% off to be abruptly told please wait . I waited and was then greeted a few minutes later and taken to a table. I went up to order to which there was one person in front of me. The waitress then said ill be there in a minute as she was helping make desserts which i had no problem with. I waited about 5-10 minutes then ordered. The waitresses were talking in their own language behind the counter which i find extremely rude and off-putting as i felt as though they are talking about me. I then sat down...
We visited here today on our way back to the car as my 12 year old daughter was desperate for a crepe and loves this place. We wanted to come at 12 but it did not open till 2pm. I felt dehydrated as I had been walking around Worcester for 2 hours but apart from overpriced milk shakes and smoothies there seemed to be no normal drinks to choose from. My husband ordered a pancake and ice cream for me and asked for tap water for me too. The girl behind the counter refused and said they had no water. Really! In a cafe! I have never been refused tap water in my life! We'd eaten elsewhere earlier as Creams was closed We spent nearly £20 at Creams for 2 milkshakes , a pancake and crepe for a flying...
Really disappointed with our delivered products on Friday. Been to creams many times before and always been really happy with the desserts. Unfortunately this time we were not, £32.48 for four products was such a waste of money. Also my daughter sundae should of been two scoops of flavoured Ice cream and it was just Vanilla, so not even what we asked for plus both sundae’s were only 2/3 full. Spending £9.95 for one Ice cream you would expect a decent size portion. Due to this new experience, you will no longer be our first choice as a desert place as many other similar venues now available in Worcester, you have lost a decent customer. I recently won a competition with Creams on Instagram and chose Worcester as my favourite Creams restaurant. The quality of the desserts was outstanding, and Dragos, who looked after us, went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable experience. Thank you for a wonderful time! I took my best friend with me, and they enjoyed the Oreo sundae while I tried the vegan waffle.

I placed an order for delivery through Just Eat. Unfortunately, the main item in my order was missing and the restaurant did not answer the phone when I tried calling multiple times. I had to contact Just Eat for a refund. The service was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this restaurant.
After reading the previous reviews, it seems that the staff may have changed because we had outstanding service with a smile. When I asked for a glass of water, it appeared immediately. The desserts were spectacular and generously portioned. We will definitely be returning soon!
what a beautiful place. super friendly and a very contemporary ice salon. a large selection of desserts and the portion sizes are not for the weak hearts (or each observed the calorie)! coffee was also excellent. I would recommend this for a sweet or decadent coffee stop.
We took our daughter here for her birthday and couldn't fault the place, the service was fantastic from masila who really looked after us she was super friendly. We will be returning for sure.

I felt like I was in heaven when I went to this restaurant. The staff was attentive and the service was fast. I would definitely recommend trying it out. The cappuccino gelato was beautiful.
The staff was very friendly and the service was quick in a beautiful environment. The cakes looked delicious, but I was not blown away. Perhaps next time.
